Survey Report Highlights
Results are based on 30 (53%) of the 57 prosecutor's offices responding to the survey.
Majority of agencies (93%) had budgets under $1 million.
Nearly all offices offered problem-solving or specialty courts. Drug courts (93%) were the most common.
Most offices also reported offering specialized programs. Victim Assistance (90%) and Restitution (77%) programs were the most common.
