Survey Report Highlights
Results are based on 26 (46%) of the 56 prosecutor's offices that responded to the survey.
Most offices (79%) had budgets under $1 million.
Many offices offered problem-solving or specialty courts. Drug courts (46%) and Alcohol/Sobriety courts (38%) were the most common.
Most offices reported operating specialized programs. Victim Services w/out arrest (73%) and Victim Assistance (69%) were the most common.
