Survey Report Highlights
Results are based on 20 (95%) out of 21 prosecutor's offices that responded to the survey.
Only 35% of offices reported a budget under $10 million.
All responding offices reported offering Drug courts. A considerable number also reported offering Veterans courts (80%).
All responding offices reported offering Victim Assistance programs. Most reported offering Victim Services without arrest (95%) and Witness Assistance (95%) programs.
