Survey Report Highlights
Results are based on 42 of the 62 prosecutor's offices that responded to the survey.
Most offices (69%) reported a budget under $5 million.
All offices responding to the section on specialty and problem-solving courts (N = 41) offered Drug courts. Domestic violence courts (77%) were also common.
Most offices reported offering specialized programs. Victim Assistance (78%) programs were the most common.
